1. you better explain here why you overpaid P80k to him.
Usually it couldn't happen in normal situation, so if you want us to empathize your situation, you better explain why you paid P80K more to him at first.

2. Your translation from English to Korean is not correct, in Korean you just told him to return back 80,000 Won but it's around P3K only.

3. You better not upload his picture and information, which is another legal matter.
Even he can sue you regarding this. Through atty, send him a demand letter first. then go to next step but not here like this.
